ABOUT LIVE WELL AT HOME:
Offering more than comfort and companionship, Live Well at Home strives to foster and support the independence of those they serve to the fullest extent possible. Providing professional, dedicated care to older adults who need a little assistance, our Care Pros deliver the very best in non-medical senior services, tailored to meet their unique needs and preferences. Services can be provided in a client or family member’s residence, senior living community, skilled nursing or rehabilitation center, or even in the hospital. Offering free assessments and available in as little as 24 hours, our primary goal is to increase the overall well-being and longevity of our clients, wherever they call home.
In addition to supplying personal assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and light mobility exercises, Live Well at Home Care Pros can also assist clients and their families with housework (dusting, vacuuming, laundry, cleaning, etc.), performing errands (grocery shopping, doctors’ appointments) and providing warm, genuine companionship and entertainment. For those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, our Care Pros can also provide a customized, activities-based memory care program for clients and family members to follow. In addition, if a client is being discharged from a stay in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation center, Live Well at Home can assist with their transition back home.
