Our Team

Our team consists of nurses, home health aides, social workers and spiritual counselors. Making it easy to meet all our patients needs both the physical and emotional sense… But not just our patients—the families too.

The R.C. Hospice staff is many things; kind, patient, capable—but most of all, Family. To both our patients and to each other. Our patients families lean on us in this familiar and kin way. Because we treat them as our own… Because we are a team of empathetic individuals who do not differentiate. In the same way, the team also leans on each other… Yes, we’re all family. 

We put our heart in everything we do, and we will not rest until we have given our best. Our staff members are equipped with all the necessary credentials for their roles and continually work to improve their capabilities. We ensure the staff is trained to safely serve our patients, efficiently provide care to family when needing emotional support and stepping in when necessary to provide whatever it may during the entirety of the hospice journey.
