We are RC Hospice Care located in Rancho Cordova, CA but serving beyond our city in the following areas: Carmichael, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Sacramento and more. For a detailed list of the cities we serve please contact us at care@rc-hospice.org.
Hospice does not mean today; it does not mean tomorrow either. However, when the time does come, we want you to know that you have a choice in the services available to you and the great benefits they entail. Hospice is a fully insurance covered benefit that is available to you or your loved one with a terminally ill diagnosis.
Hospice does not mean giving up; it means choosing a comfort focused treatment, in the equipment that you need, a hospital bed, oxygen, medication and professional medical services at your door.
Please know, during difficult times it is important to receive the full benefits of the Hospice Program and we would love to help educate you on all the benefits that are available to you. Here are examples of the Medical Equipment we provide: Hospital Bed, Wheelchair, Over-bed Table, Oxygen, Medication Delivery, Nursing Services, Home Health Aid Services, Social Worker Services, Chaplain Services, Physician Services, PT, OT, ST, Registered Dietician for your diagnosis, and more.
