How Not to Eat All the Candy

Halloween enters us into a two month binge season of sweets.
Here are some tips on how to skip it this year and keep your immune system strong for the season ahead:

1. Buy candy that you don’t like.

2. Eat one piece of candy a day for a week. Then throw it out.

3. Be festive with fruit instead of candy.

4. Walk and eat candy at the same time.
